Service Description
Botox is an effective treatment for a gummy smile, where excessive gum exposure occurs when smiling. Overview: Purpose: To relax the muscles that elevate the upper lip, reducing gum visibility. Procedure: Duration: 10-15 minutes. Method: Small Botox injections are made into the upper lip muscles. Results: Onset: Initial effects visible within a few days. Optimal Results: Best at 1-2 weeks. Longevity: Lasts 3-6 months. Recovery: Downtime: Minimal; most patients resume normal activities immediately. Side Effects: Mild swelling or bruising at injection sites may occur. This treatment helps achieve a more balanced smile by reducing gum exposure, creating a more aesthetic appearance.
Cancellation Policy
1. A deposit will be required from all clients when booking an appointment. 2. An appointment will only be secured if a deposit is made at the time of booking. 3. Deposit are not refundable under any circumstances. Due to COVID or government requirement changes, all appointments will be rebooked to a later date in line with the legislation issued by the government. 4. You agree the booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable. You are able to move bookings within a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (48 hours prior to your original appointment). If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. 5. Where a request is made to move an appointment within 48 hours, an adjustment fee of £20 will be applicable. 6. COVID-19 – you confirm you have not had any symptoms within the last 14 days and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms or anyone who has been out of the country within the last 14 days. 7. The balance must be made before or upon arrival for the appointment and/or course. Failure to do so will result in your appointment/course being cancelled and loss of deposit. 8. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund. 9. When rebooking your appointment, you will be required to pay another deposit to secure your appointment. 10. As the client, it is your responsibility to take appropriate aftercare of any treatment you receive at VIVI Beauty Lounge. This aftercare will be explained to you by your technician. 11. You agree that you are a minimum age of 18 years old. You will need to provide proof of your age upon arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you do not meet the minimum age of 18 years old. 12. You agree to notify VIVI Beauty Lounge of any allergies that you have and previous medical history on arrival. 13. You agree to come to your appointment alone. Under no circumstances are children, friends or any family members allowed to accompany you. Please contact VIVI Beauty Lounge for extenuating circumstances. 14. Do not arrive early or late to save crossing with other clients. If you are early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. 15. If you have an allergic reaction or any complication, you must go back to VIVI Beauty Lounge for any further advice and treatments 16. Phones/electronic devices are to be off or on silent during any treatment. 17. There will be no discounts or offers given to clients other than when advertised on VIVI’s Facebook or Instagram page: please provide evidence of the offer you will be applying for. 18. VIVI’s Beauty Lounge prices are subject to change without notice. VIVI Beauty Lounge reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments or courses at any time. 19. VIVI Beauty Lounge is unable to give refunds on any products due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product, we will send it back to the supplier for review. 20. All of our treatments here at VIVI Beauty Lounge, are carried out by qualified and professional technicians. If you have a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to the attention of your technician. VIVI Beauty Lounge does not give refunds on any treatments or courses, however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. 21. All complaints need to be documented in writing via email to: vivibeautylounge@outlook.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including details of your treatment or course, date, time, nature of complaint and any corresponding pictures related to your complaint. 22. In the unfortunate event our technician falls ill or there is an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment.
